It was a long day at work. It has been recently for a while now. I’ve recently got my rhinitis back pretty bad that it’s affected my eyes. Believe me; having shooting pains in your eye every now and then is not fun. It somehow has not stopped me from blogging (which is what I’m doing right now) or facebooking.
I’m tired and broke. But the spirit of Christmas is here, the time of giving. Like it or not, though my health is not perfect, and my bank accounts are empty, I love this time of the year.
I drove home from work one day, and surprise, surprise I see a BIG smile in the sky. 2 stars and 1 moon. I stopped my car by the side of the road, but the pictures I managed to get always made one eye seem to disappear. It seemed like God arranged the stars and the moon to smile on us that day.
I went to work the next day and forgot all about it, till this Thai colleague pointed out on the Thai online news the picture of the BIG smile in the sky. It was simply beautiful. This was not captured in the Malaysian news though. Many people on the highways just drove right by, and I seem to be the only crazy one to stop by the side and take out my camera. As I continued to drive, I noticed another motorcycle stop by, it looked like a father and son, both trying to capture the smile in the sky on their mobile phone cameras.
It’s nice when we make time to stop and smell the roses.
